Adding Users

Invite new team members to your Nomora organization so they can help manage vehicles, bookings, customers, and maintenance.

How to Invite a New User

  1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
  2. In the popover, click Manage next to the organization name
  3. Open the Members tab
  4. Click Invite in the top-right
  5. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by spaces or commas
  6. Pick a Role from the dropdown — Admin, Member, or Mechanic
  7. Click Send invitations

The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Once they accept, they’ll appear in your team list.

Removing a Member

  1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
  2. In the popover, click Manage next to the organization name
  3. Open the Members tab
  4. Find the member you want to remove and click the menu in the Actions column
  5. Choose Remove member

Removing a member revokes their access immediately. They will no longer be able to see any organization data.
