Scheduling Maintenance
When a maintenance interval is overdue or coming up, you can book the service straight from the Maintenance overview — pick a date and block the vehicle so the visit shows on your calendar.
Schedule a Visit
- Open Maintenance and find the interval that’s overdue or upcoming.
- Click Record on that row.
- Set the Status to Scheduled (a visit booked for later) or In progress (work happening now), and choose the date.
- Save. The visit is booked without leaving the list.
See It on the Calendar
After you schedule a future visit, you’re offered to block the vehicle for that window. Accept it to:
- Show the maintenance window on the vehicle calendar
- Keep the car free of new bookings while it’s in for service
The blockout is a normal vehicle blockout, so you can adjust or remove it later from the calendar.
Keep Track of Booked Visits
- Rows that already have a booked visit are marked Scheduled or In progress, with the date.
- The Scheduled visits card at the top shows how many are booked, and filters the list to them.
- The Hide planned toggle removes already-booked intervals, so the list shows only what still needs scheduling.
Recording a Completed Service
To log work that’s already done, click Record, leave the status on Completed, and add the mileage, notes, and any cost items. The interval resets from that service, and the next due date or mileage is recalculated automatically.
