I can’t add, edit or remove a column

Only Admins can. Members and Mechanics see the buttons, but Nomora answers “Insufficient permissions”. If you are an Admin, you may have reached the limit of 50 columns.

A column doesn’t show on the vehicle form

It is grid-only. Edit the column and tick Also show on the vehicle form. The fields are on the Equipment tab of the form, at the bottom.

The Custom fields card is missing from the vehicle page

The card only appears when the vehicle has at least one value. An unticked checkbox counts as empty.

A column is greyed out

It is archived. An Admin can restore it from Settings.

If every column is greyed out, your role is view-only. Admin viewers and Viewers see the grid and cannot edit it.

My colleague sees a column I don’t

You hid it. Open Columns and tick it again. Hidden columns are saved per browser.

My edits disappeared

You left the grid before clicking Save All. See Save your changes.

I can’t type a new option into a dropdown

The list is fixed. An Admin can edit the column and tick Let staff add options.

The starter templates are gone

They only show while the grid has no columns. Add columns one at a time with Add Column.

A new vehicle isn’t in an action

An action keeps the vehicle list it was created with. Create a new action for the vehicles you added since.
