Maintenance
The Maintenance module keeps your fleet serviced — define service schedules, see what’s due across every vehicle, and record or book the work in one place.
Where to Find It
Open Maintenance from the sidebar. It has three tabs:
- Overview — fleet-wide status of every assigned interval: what’s overdue, due soon, or upcoming, with a progress bar and the vehicle’s current mileage. Record or schedule a service straight from a row.
- Intervals — your reusable service schedules (oil change, brake change, …). Define how often each is due and assign it to vehicles.
- Service History — every recorded service, with its date, mileage, cost items, and attached invoices.
Intervals
An interval is a reusable maintenance schedule you assign to one or more vehicles. Each can be tracked by mileage, by time, or by both at once — whichever comes first triggers the service. See Mileage & Time Intervals.
Staying On Top of Service
- The Overview tab flags every interval as Overdue, Due soon, Upcoming, or All good, with a progress bar toward the next service.
- Record a completed service to log the work and reset the interval, or schedule a future visit and block the vehicle. See Scheduling Maintenance.
- Filters and the Hide planned toggle help you focus on what still needs attention.
Keeping Mileage Up to Date
Mileage-based intervals rely on each vehicle’s current odometer. Keep it current by:
- Syncing from telematics — Wialon, FM-Track, FleetComplete, or Mapon — with the Refresh button on the Overview tab
- Entering it manually when you record a service
Costs
Add cost items (parts and labour) to an interval or a recorded service to track maintenance spend, and attach invoice PDFs to each service.
