Integrations and account options

If a control is missing, first check your role and permissions. Some options also need a connected provider, an add-on or organization enablement.

Online payments

Open Settings → Payments to connect and enable a provider. A connected Stripe account must also be allowed to accept charges. Montonio uses EUR; Nomora’s supported online currencies are EUR, USD, GBP, PLN, AUD and CHF. Other supported display currencies allow bookkeeping without online checkout.

Choose the business country carefully when creating a Stripe account. Its country cannot be changed later through Nomora. The organization’s display currency and Stripe’s settlement currency are separate.

See collect a payment for setup and the customer payment flow. A Montonio environment option is not a Stripe test-mode switch. Ask Nomora about a demo workflow if you need to practise without a live customer payment.

SMS notifications

Open Settings → Notifications → SMS notifications. The card shows the add-on’s current price and included allowance. Enabling a paid add-on changes organization billing and requires an organization admin.

When active, review the sender name, message templates and pickup-reminder settings. Delivery availability can depend on the destination country. See messages and reminders for what triggers each message. This is not a free-form messaging inbox.

Automatic billing and invoices

Open-ended rentals, automatic card payments and automatic invoices have separate prerequisites. Automatic card payments need a charge-ready Stripe connection and availability for your organization. Automatic invoicing also needs organization enablement and its invoice setup.

Use long-term rentals to check which mode is available before promising automatic collection or invoices to a customer.

Remote access and inspections

A GPS connection alone does not guarantee lock or unlock control. Remote access needs compatible hardware and provider configuration. Check GPS setup and your vehicle’s remote-access settings with Nomora before using self-service handover.

Organization billing

An organization admin can open Manage organization → Billing from the organization switcher. Review the subscription and add-ons there. Organization billing is separate from the invoices and payments you manage for renters.
