Currency, units and time

These choices apply to your organization. Open Settings with a role that can manage settings. View-only roles cannot change them.

Currency

Open Settings → Pricing and choose the currency in the Currency card. The choice saves immediately.

Changing currency does not convert existing amounts. A stored price of 100 remains 100 with the new currency label. Choose it before entering prices and review existing prices before switching an established organization.

Your organization’s currency and Stripe’s settlement currency are separate settings. Online collection also needs a supported currency and an enabled provider. See payments.

Distance unit

In Settings → Pricing, choose kilometers or miles in the distance-unit control. The choice saves immediately.

This changes the unit used for mileage readings, allowances and distance charges. It does not convert existing values: a reading of 10,000 becomes 10,000 in the selected unit. GPS readings are converted from the provider’s kilometers when they are imported. Speed remains in km/h.

See distance allowances for per-booking limits.

Tax name and rate

In Settings → Pricing, enter your tax name, such as VAT, HST or GST, and click Save beside that field. An empty field keeps the default wording.

The name does not create another tax or change the rate. Choose the tax handling and rate separately in the same tab, then use Save Changes for those settings. Nomora applies one tax at one rate.

An already-issued built-in invoice keeps the tax name saved when it was issued. Invoice123 and Monet use their own tax wording.

Clock and telemetry time zone

Open Settings → Telematics.

  • In Time format, choose 12-hour or 24-hour time. The choice saves immediately. It changes how times are displayed, without changing booking times. Your interface language does not choose the clock format.
  • In Telemetry Timezone, select your organization’s time zone and click Save beside it. This aligns tracking data with local booking times; it is a separate choice from the clock format.

A browser’s native date-and-time input may still follow the device’s regional format.
