Team Management
Nomora uses organizations to keep your team’s data separate and secure. Each organization has its own vehicles, bookings, customers, and settings. Team members belong to an organization and can only see data within it.
Key Concepts
- Organization — Your company workspace in Nomora. All data (vehicles, bookings, customers) belongs to an organization.
- Members — People who have access to your organization. Each member has a role that controls what they can see and do.
- Roles — There are three roles: Admin, Member, and Mechanic. Each role has a fixed set of permissions.

- Add new users to your organization
- Manage permissions by changing a member’s role
- Review roles and permissions to understand what each role can access
