Connect and link vehicles

Open Settings → Telematics and find your provider’s card. Use an account that can access the tracking units you want in Nomora. Configure Telemetry Timezone for the organization so rental dates line up with tracking history.

Connect Wialon

  1. Click Connect Wialon and finish the Wialon authorization.
  2. Grant the access requested by the connection. If Nomora reports a missing Send commands permission, reconnect with that permission.
  3. Back in Telematics, check that Wialon shows Connected.
  4. Click Preview Changes. Review existing matches, vehicles that can be linked, and units that would create new vehicles.
  5. Select the changes you want and click Apply Changes.

A successful connection does not mean every unit should become a rental vehicle. Your tracking account may contain vehicles you do not rent out. Review the selections and any suggested name changes before applying them.

Connect Linqo

Request an API key for your account from Linqo support. Enter it in Linqo Vehicle Linking, then click Load Vehicles & Units.

Choose a Linqo unit for each existing Nomora vehicle. Use the new-vehicle selection only for vehicles you need to create. Save the selections to store the key and enable the integration.

Connect Mapon, FleetComplete, or GPS Live

  1. Enter your account’s API key on the provider card.
  2. Enable the integration, use Test Connection, and save its settings.
  3. Click Load Vehicles & Units, or Load Vehicles & Devices for GPS Live.
  4. Review suggested matches and choose the correct unit for each existing vehicle.
  5. Select any genuinely new vehicles you want to import, then save the linking changes.

Testing the key checks the connection. Saving the integration settings and saving the vehicle mappings are still required. If a key is already stored, leaving the credential field unchanged keeps the stored credential.

Link its existing record to the correct tracking unit. Check registration plate and unit identity before accepting a suggestion.Select the tracking unit in the create-new-vehicles section, then review the new record’s class, rental prices, and public listing.

Importing a second record for an existing vehicle can split its bookings, documents, and maintenance history. Suggested name or plate matches need your review; similarly named tracking units are not proof of a match.

Prefer the intended provider mapping for each vehicle. If you have linked more than one provider, the odometer and rental report can choose different provider sources. Check the unit mappings when those readings disagree.

Check the first vehicle

Open a linked vehicle and click Sync Mileage. Compare the result with the same unit in the provider portal. Then open one of its bookings and check the trip report for that booking’s dates.

Linking and importing trigger an odometer sync, and Nomora also refreshes connected odometers automatically. If the first reading is missing or wrong, follow reading troubleshooting before linking the rest of the fleet.
