Set up invoicing
Open Settings → Invoices. Its Built-in, Invoice123 and Monet ERP tabs configure who issues your invoices. These settings affect new invoices; an existing invoice stays with the provider that issued it.
Use Nomora’s built-in invoices
Built-in invoicing is available when neither Invoice123 nor Monet is connected. You do not need an external invoicing account.
- Open the Built-in tab and enter your company’s legal name, address and registration details. Add the bank details you want printed.
- Choose a numbering series. If you leave it empty, Nomora creates an Invoices series starting at
INV-0001when you issue the first invoice. Use a separate series for invoices and contracts. Manage numbering series opens the document settings where you can manage them. - Choose the invoice language, English, Lithuanian or Polish, and enter any footer text.
- Check the VAT rate shown here. It comes from Settings → Pricing.
- Click Save invoicing settings.
The invoice editor asks for missing seller details before generation. An invoice charging VAT needs a VAT code and address. A Lithuanian built-in invoice also needs a company code and address. You can amend company details for one invoice and choose whether to save them for later invoices.
The invoice language is separate from the customer’s booking-page language. Changing company details, language or tax settings later does not rewrite a built-in invoice already issued.
Built-in invoices do not create credit notes or submit invoices to tax authorities such as i.SAF or KSeF. If your business needs those steps, complete them in your accounting software.
Connect Invoice123
- Open Settings → Invoices → Invoice123 and enter your Invoice123 API key.
- Save the settings so Nomora can load the options from your account.
- Select the invoice series, VAT rate and unit of measure. Choose a bank account and email template if you want those included.
- Set Invoice Language and save the settings.
- Open a booking’s invoice editor and check that the provider and customer list are available.
If a series, VAT rate, unit or bank account is missing, create it in Invoice123 first, then reload its settings in Nomora. The selected invoice language controls both the generated invoice and the PDF emailed to the customer.
Invoice123 issues in euros. It accepts line descriptions up to 100 characters and does not accept negative line amounts. The editor marks lines that need correcting before you generate.
Connect Monet ERP
- Open Settings → Invoices → Monet ERP. Enter your Monet username and password. Leave API URL empty for the default service, or enter the URL supplied for your account.
- Click Test Connection. Check the connected company name.
- Turn on Enable Monet invoice generation. Select the Monet company, tax group, ledger account, currency and invoice series for your invoices.
- Save the settings, then open a booking’s invoice editor and search for its Monet customer.
For a one-off invoice, you can select or create the Monet customer in the editor. For automatic period invoices, create the customer in Monet first and select it on the booking.
Monet applies its own tax group. The editor shows the amounts it sends to Monet; Monet calculates the invoice’s tax and final total. Check those settings if the issued total differs from the amount you expected.
Check which provider will issue
The editor starts with Invoice123 when it is configured, otherwise enabled Monet, otherwise built-in invoicing. If both external providers are available, check the selection before generating.
When a connection fails, check the saved credentials and provider settings before trying again. If an invoice already exists in the provider, confirm its number and status before creating a replacement.
