Adding Users
Invite new team members to your Nomora organization so they can help manage vehicles, bookings, customers, and maintenance.
How to Invite a New User
- Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
- In the popover, click Manage next to the organization name
- Open the Members tab
- Click Invite in the top-right
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by spaces or commas
- Pick a Role from the dropdown — Admin, Member, or Mechanic
- Click Send invitations
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your organization. Once they accept, they’ll appear in your team list.
Removing a Member
- Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
- In the popover, click Manage next to the organization name
- Open the Members tab
- Find the member you want to remove and click the … menu in the Actions column
- Choose Remove member
Removing a member revokes their access immediately. They will no longer be able to see any organization data.
