Command Palette

The command palette is the fastest way to get around Nomora. Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K on Windows) anywhere in the app to open one search box that finds any record, jumps to any page, and creates new bookings, expenses, and tasks — without leaving what you’re doing.

Opening It

  • Press ⌘K on macOS or Ctrl K on Windows from any screen
  • Or click the Search button in the sidebar
  • Press the shortcut again, or Esc, to close it

Searching Everything

Type at least 2 characters to search across your whole organization at once. Results are grouped by type:

  • Bookings — by client, company, vehicle, registration plate, notes, or booking ID
  • Vehicles — by name, brand, model, plate, or class
  • Clients — by name, email, or phone
  • Companies — by name, contact person, email, phone, or registration number
  • Drivers — by name, email, phone, personal code, or license number

Use the arrow keys to highlight a result and press Enter to open it.

Jumping to a Page

Start typing a page name to navigate straight there:

  • Dashboard
  • Bookings
  • Fleet
  • Customers — including the Clients, Companies, and Drivers tabs
  • Maintenance — including the Service History and Intervals tabs
  • Tasks
  • Finances — including the Expenses tab
  • Settings

Quick Create

The Create section starts a new record without navigating away. Each option opens the standard form, so nothing about how you fill it in changes:

  • New booking (shortcut hint B)
  • New expense (shortcut hint E)
  • New task (shortcut hint T)

Keyboard Navigation

  • ↑ / ↓ — move between actions, pages, and search results
  • Enter — open the highlighted item
  • Esc — close the palette

Good to Know

  • The palette respects your role — you only see the actions, pages, and results you have permission to use
  • Search is ranked by best match, so the most relevant result is usually at the top
  • It works from every screen, so you never need to navigate back to a list page first
