Calendar Views

The vehicle calendar lays out your bookings as a timeline — vehicles down the side, days across the top. The Fill / Wide toggle in the toolbar controls how much horizontal space each day column uses, so you can fit more days on screen or give yourself roomier, easier-to-read columns.

Where to Find It

Open Bookings and switch to the Vehicle calendar. The Fill / Wide toggle sits in the calendar toolbar, alongside the month navigation. It’s available on tablet and desktop.

The Two Views

• Fill — stretches the day columns to fill the screen width, and scrolls horizontally once the date range runs longer. Best for seeing the most days at a glance.
• Wide — uses wider, easier-to-read columns. Best for inspecting a stretch of dates in detail.

Good to Know

• Your choice is remembered — the calendar reopens in the view you last used, on this browser
• Dates stay put — switching views keeps the same day anchored at the edge of the screen, so nothing jumps around
• Fill is the default for a new session
