Enable & Set Up

To start using the Guest Booking Portal, you need to enable it in your organization settings.

Enable the Portal

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Find the Guest Booking Portal card
  3. Check the Enable Guest Booking Portal toggle
  4. Click Save

Once enabled, your portal will be live at book.nomora.io/your-slug and two additional options appear:

Default Language

Choose the default language for your portal. Customers can still switch languages manually.

  • English (default)
  • Lithuanian

Payment Mode

Control how payments are handled when customers book:

  • Online payment required — Customers must pay online to complete the booking
  • Online or cash payment — Customers can choose to pay online or in cash at pickup
  • Inquiry only — No payment is collected. The booking is submitted as an inquiry for you to review

If you select “Online payment required” or “Online or cash payment”, make sure you have a payment provider configured. If no payment provider is set up, the portal will automatically fall back to inquiry-only mode.

Next Steps

Once your portal is enabled, share your link with customers. You can also share links to specific vehicles for targeted offers.
